I have never been told by any manager let alone 2 at the same place that the horrible service was my fault. There were 5 rooms in our group on the 7th floor and all were the same. The only issue with our hotel room was that we showered in baths because the drains don't drain. We normally go twice a year and don't know that we will go back to Jackpot or make the switch to Pendleton. A group of 12 of us made reservations for 7:30 and proceeded to have our worst experience there and personally my worst experience with staff anywhere ever. I have spoke to the VP of HR and and waiting to hear back from him about our dining experience at the Desert Room. First I want to start by saying Tammy at the front desk is an asset to the establishment.
